• AI-generated mock tests and practice questions
• AI study assistant for doubt solving
• Study materials, notes, and concept sheets
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Personalized study recommendations

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

4. Subscription and Payments

CrackWise offers both Free and Premium subscription plans:

• Free plan provides limited access to study materials and features
• Premium plan (₹199/month) provides full access to all AI features and mock tests
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content on CrackWise, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, study materials, questions, and software, is the property of CrackWise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Reverse engineer any part of our platform

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using automated tools to access or scrape our platform
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our services
• Uploading malicious content or viruses
• Impersonating other users or CrackWise staff
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CrackWise is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will always be accurate
• Use of our platform will result in exam success
• The platform will meet all your requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrackWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or exam results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
